PARKING

Dover Motor Speedway offers a range of parking options–both free and paid–located around the track. Below is a quick overview to help you pick the right spot for your visit, along with a few tips to make getting in and out easier.

GENERAL PARKING

• Parking is free on Friday and Saturday.
• On Sunday (Cup Series day), parking costs $20 – cash only.
• All lots open at 6:00 a.m.

TAILGATE (PREMIUM) PARKING

Tailgate Parking – $100

• Grass space (20' x 20') located outside Turn 4 near the Fan Zone.
• One vehicle per space, perfect for standard tailgating setups.

XL Tailgate Parking – $200 (new in 2025)

• Paved space (20' x 30') near the entrance to Bally’s Dover Casino Resort.
• Fits two vehicles and additional tailgate gear like grills and coolers.

PRE-PURCHASED WEEKEND PARKING

Premium Parking – $150 (new in 2025)

• Paved lot close to the Fan Zone and Monster Monument.
• Easy exit after the race.
• Reserved Parking – $75
• Paved lot outside Turn 4, a short walk to the Fan Zone.

Express Parking – $75

• Grass lot along Leipsic Road.
• Includes separate entrance and exit each day.

SHUTTLE SERVICE (SUNDAY ONLY)

• Free park-and-ride shuttle from the Christiana Mall in Newark, DE.
• Pickup is next to Nordstrom at the Park-n-Ride area.
• Service starts at 8:00 a.m. and drops fans off in front of the Monster Monument.
• First-come, first-served seating.
• ADA accessible.
• Operated by Advance Student Transportation – 302-998-6726
