RULES FOR VISITORS

Just like at other NASCAR events, guests attending the Quaker State 400 must follow the rules established by the event organizers. Below is a general overview of key policies:

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, Dover Motor Speedway does not allow the following items inside the facility. All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. Items listed below will be denied at the gate and may be confiscated if brought inside:

• Aerosol cans (except for sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray)
• Animals (except service animals)
• Any firearm
• Balloons, beach balls, frisbees, or any other projectile items
• Collapsible chairs (only allowed for Movie Night)
• Confederate flags or other offensive displays
• Dry ice
• Drones
• Fireworks
• Foam or hard-sided coolers
• Glass or ceramic containers
• Illegal substances of any kind
• Knives longer than 3 inches when closed or longer than 6 inches when open
• Laser pointers, noisemakers, and air horns
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Seat cushions with armrests
• Tripods and monopods

If any prohibited items are found during the security check, guests must return them to their vehicle or dispose of them. Unlawful items may be confiscated, and violators are subject to arrest. Over Motor Speedway reserves the right to update or modify this list at any time before or during race weekend.

WHAT CAN YOU BRING WITH YOU?

Guests are allowed to bring the following items into Dover Motor Speedway. Please note that all items are subject to inspection at the gate:

• Alcoholic beverages (must be in non-glass containers and packed in a soft-sided cooler or bag)
• Approved flags attached to a pencil-sized wooden stick (must not block another fan’s view)
• Binoculars, scanners, and headsets (may be worn on the neck, belt, or carried in a bag)
• Blankets and clothing
• Cameras
• Hand sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen (in aerosol, gel, or liquid form)
• Insulated cups (up to 64 ounces)
• iPads, tablets, and laptop computers
• One soft-sided cooler per person (no larger than 14" x 14" x 14")
• Pre-packaged food and drinks (including alcohol, no glass containers)
• Seat cushions without armrests
• Service animals
• Up to two bags per person (each no larger than 18" x 18" x 14")

All items must fit within the allowed bag or cooler sizes. Each guest may bring one cooler in addition to up to two bags.
